Found alongside a major road, although slightly obscured behind a little hill. It’s hard to tell from my terrible photography, but that rag on top is (was?) a bra.  I’ve found a really disturbing amount of discarded uncerclothes by the side of the road lately (this is article number 5). 
Spring has sprung I guess.
